Tip: Don’t charge your phone from 0 to 100%

Li-ion batteries need to stay at 50% or more, most of the time. Top it off when it reaches 50%. Constantly doing a 100% recharge can shorten the battery’s lifespan. Experts recommend a full 0 to 100% battery recharge about once a month to recalibrate the battery.

Tip: Restart Smart Phones

Smart phones should be restarted every day or two in order to enhance performance. This gets rid of memory reserved by programs no longer in use. It also fixes any glitches that may have accumulated.
